We at Rocksavage Hoare have a distinctive vision and structure aimed at achieving two basic goals – to place our clients’ interests first and to lead our profession in creating value through the assessment and recruitment of specialist leadership talent in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
The primary expression of this client-lead vision can be found in our structure, which is unique to our profession. Our consultants and research analysts operate from offices in nine countries, and are organised into one distinct, cohesive international service unit. In essence, our operational objective is to deliver a richer shortlist of pharmaceutical / biotech leadership talent from a wider geographic pool than the clients’ would ordinarily have access to through more conventional providers. This allows us to operate seamlessly when engagements require us to mobilize resources across a Pan European or Global spectrum.
The client will always have the most proficient calibre of short-listed candidates from a global research process unique to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. In addition, our stringent assessment interviews are designed to rigorously test the candidates in relation to the key performance indicators of the brief. We report the conclusions in the most objective manner, highlighting each candidates risks as well as their strengths. We are passionate about ethical recruitment.
